Terms of Service

Last updated: September 30, 2026

Wanshi is provided by Perhapxin Tech CO., LTD. ("we"). By using Wanshi you agree to these terms.

01Your account

  • You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under your account.

02Your content

  • You own what you create and upload. You allow us to store, process and transmit it as needed to run the service, including through the services listed in the Privacy Policy.
  • When you share a board, the people you share with can access it with the permissions you set.
  • We do not use your content to train models.

03Acceptable use

  • Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights, or contains malware.
  • Do not try to access other people’s data without permission, disrupt or attack the service, or use it to send spam.

04AI output

  • DotDotDuck answers, meeting minutes and transcripts are produced automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before relying on them.

05Meeting recordings

  • The host decides whether a meeting is recorded (on by default). The recording is the screen of this tab and the microphone audio on the meeting device, and a “Recording” badge is shown during the meeting; make sure participants know and agree before you record.
  • Only board members can play or download recordings, and they use the host’s storage (see the Pricing page); the host and the board owner can delete them at any time. On the Free plan recordings are kept for 1 year, and we may delete those older than 1 year.

06Points

  • New accounts receive trial points once; the amount and validity are shown on the Pricing page. Unused trial points expire.
  • DotDotDuck (including turning push-to-talk audio into text) is paid by the board owner; after-meeting transcripts are paid by the meeting host.
  • Points expire by batch: trial, monthly subscription and purchased points each expire after the period listed on the Pricing page, counted from when they are granted. The earliest-expiring points are used first.
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

07Subscriptions and payment

  • A subscription lets invitees edit your boards with you and includes monthly points. DotDotDuck and meeting transcripts still use points on a subscription.
  • For now subscriptions are turned on manually by an administrator and nothing is charged automatically. Online payment is coming soon and will be processed by Polar; prices, renewal and cancellation will be shown clearly before you pay.
  • When a subscription ends you return to Free: your boards stay, invitees can comment at most, and you cannot add boards beyond the Free limit.

08Changes to the service

  • Wanshi is under active development. Features may change, pause or end. We work to keep your data safe but cannot promise uninterrupted service or that data will never be lost; keep copies of important work, for example by downloading the documents, transcripts, minutes and recordings.

09Suspension

  • We may suspend or disable accounts that break these terms.

10Disclaimer

  • The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

11Changes to these terms

  • When we change these terms we update the date at the top of this page.
